Pain throughout the body can often be attributed to abnormalities in the spine – most common among these are called subluxations. We pride ourselves in practicing the Gonstead Method which is a specialized focus on inflammation and subluxations in the spine. Through this method, we’re able to focus on the areas of the spine causing your discomfort or pain and strategically adjust your spine to decrease inflammation, subluxations, and ultimately your pain!
Massage Therapy and Chiropractic Adjustments go hand in hand. Massage therapy is a treatment we use to professionally manipulate the muscles and soft tissue in your body. It works alongside our adjustments to decrease tension, stress, and pain and INCREASES relaxation and overall health and wellness.
We have a specialized massage therapist onsite and build massage therapy into our wellness plans to get you back on track. If you have any further questions about how we offer this, please don’t hesitate to ask!
Along with adjustments and massage therapy, we want to prepare the rest of your body with strength training. Over the course of time, you have been developing movements patterns while learning basic skills of walking, running, and sitting. Sometimes movement patterns are effective and efficient, unfortunately more often, they are not.
Our functional movement exercise therapy helps your body to “retrain” your muscles and work to develop better movement patterns long term.
Our ultimate goal is that you feel better! As you progress through the personalized wellness plan we’ve designed, you should start to feel more relaxed, and less tense. We take x-rays at the beginning and end of your treatment plans so we can track the progress your body is making. We look forward to helping you achieve a pain-free life!
